"I'm able to do the $5000 per hour tasks now because those $5 and $50 per hour tasks are being done by my VA. When I start work in the morning, everything is organized and my days are calmer. I'm able to leverage my time so much better than before."

Aaron Kassover, Founder & CEO - AgentMethods
Hired Lyssa as a Virtual Assistant and Project Manager

How Does This Recruitment Service Work?

We connect busy founders with affordable, hardworking remote workers in Latin America.

Here's the problem:
You're overwhelmed and know you need to expand your team.

But you don't have time to sift through 100 applications on UpWork or Fiverr. You don't have the bandwidth to do 30 different screening interviews to find the best person.

Thats where we come in.

You tell us what you're looking for, and we'll send you 3-5 handpicked remote workers who are the perfect fit for your needs and budget.

We don't charge employers any fees whatsoever. We'll handle the whole process from sourcing to screening to initial interview to shortlisting the best candidates - all for zero cost. Instead, we take a small margin on the worker's hourly rate.

This means we focus on finding you great people you want to work with long term.

"The capability that Marina has and the willingness and appetite - we’re getting through much more work than I would have thought possible from a VA. I’ve signed two new clients without a second guessing whether I had capacity to service them. I feel much calmer now and I am excited again about signing new clients."

Aoife Ni Dhubghaill, Founder - AniD Accountants
Hired Marina to do bookkeeping, reports, data entry and social media

Frequently Asked Questions

We're not a marketplace, we're a staffing agency. If you hire through Upwork, Fiverr etc then YOU are responsible for wading through hundreds of bad-fit CVs and candidates. There are great people on those platforms sure, but you'll have to put in a lot of work to find them.

Alternatively, you could let us do all the vetting for you, and be presented with a shortlist of 3-5 good-fit candidates to interview. You don't pay a cent until you decide to hire, so there's absolutely no risk.

We don't charge any fees to employers whatsoever. Instead we make a small margin on the worker's hourly rate. We think this is the fairest way to do it, and also ensure that we're incentivized to find you someone great that you're happy working with long-term.

Sure. If you want to "cut out the middle man" and hire directly, you can do that as well. We still need to recoup our investment in finding and vetting them though, so we would need to charge you a fee for this.

We handle all that for you. You pay us every 4 weeks, and we pay the VAs every 4 weeks. Unfortunately Argentina and many Latin American countries often make it really difficult to do cross-border payments without huge fees and taxes or horrible exchange rates. You really need boots on the ground here to do it effectively. That's where we come in.

Our VAs are all independent contractors. As such, the expectation is that they only get get paid for the time worked.

However, we recommend treating them the same way you would any other team member. We suggest giving them 10 days paid leave per year. Of course, this is 100% at your discretion.
